Second Chance Ranch is a Beautiful pastured valley bordered on one side by a large pond, the other a working cattle ranch. With 240 acres it is the perfect place for a senior horse to retire or a horse in need to recover. Please contact us today if you have or know of a horse in need.

Not all of our Horses are seizures, some are just being fostered while they find new adopted homes. Many come to us in great shape, it is just their owners maybe found they did not have the time, room, feed or energy to take care of a large animal any longer. We provide feed, care and training while evaluating a horse for his ability to find a new home. Some horses get along great with anyone, some need special companions. All are welcome at the Second Chance Ranch.

We save equines and livestock with your help.

   We provide a safe and caring, non-judgemental  environment for animals that have endured starvation, neglect or physical abuse. For animals whose owners have found they just don't have the time anymore to care for a large animal. For animals whose owners no longer have the space needed, or want to see their friend living in some open space.

  Each animal receives medical attention and daily positive human contact. We strive to rehabilitate each animal in the hopes that we can locate responsible, caring and loving homes.

At the Second Chance Ranch, we provide a safe loving home for all types of farm animals in need. By providing love, nourishment and understanding (with a little training and A LOT of feed thrown in!) we are able to rehabilitate and "re-home" horses and livestock. We are a Not for Profit organization, that gives animals all the time and training they need.
